What is my reservation code and where can I find it?
The reservation code is an alphanumeric combination associated with a reservation, for example: ABC123. This code allows you to identify your reservation, including tickets and other related additional services.
When should I check in?
Depending on the airline, you can check in from 48 hours to 24 hours in advance. You will then have to do so at the counter.
To begin your online check-in, you must enter your reservation code (e.g. 3U2BW3) and your last name as it appears on your reservation.
How far in advance do I need to be at the airport for my trip?
Below, you can check how far in advance you should arrive at the airport to avoid any inconveniences on your trip and to check in your luggage, if any. During the high season, arrive at the airport early, since the Immigration Control and Security processes at the airports have long wait times.
- If you have an international flight, you must arrive at the airport 4 hours before your flight departs.
- If you have a domestic flight, you must arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight departs.
What document do I need to travel abroad?
For international flights, you must travel with the following documents:
- Identity Card (for Mercosur citizens traveling between South American countries) or passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
- In some cases, you will also need a visa, depending on the destination country and your citizenship.
What vaccinations do I need to travel to another country?
It will depend on different factors, such as your country of origin, your flight connections and recent stays in endemic or risk areas.
Therefore, we recommend that you check in advance with the Consulate or Embassy of the country you are traveling to, and confirm whether vaccination is necessary.
Remember that the rules can change at any time and are determined by each country.
What luggage can I bring on board?
Depending on the fare you have purchased, you will be able to take luggage on board
Important! Remember that any other extra items will be charged as additional luggage.
If you need to add luggage, we recommend doing so in advance, as it is cheaper than at the airport.

- Go to the airport in advance to go through all the security checks.
- Always have all your documentation ready.
- Luggage that does not comply with the established measurements will be sent to the aircraft’s hold and you will have to pay an additional cost.
